Ele Packaging c/o ONDARRETA®

A Pop-Up Café Takeaway for Ondarreta® at London’s Clerkenwell Design Week. Furniture, graphic identity and food come together in a temporary space built around the brand’s collections, inviting its community to gather and discover the products through everyday use.

The new identity for Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra presents a paradox: reinterpreting and breaking its graphic conventions while making everything feel unchanged. Its red lettering is part of San Sebastián’s landscape, iconography and collective memory.

A large circular concrete structure occupies the centre of Niko Coffee. Discovered above the former ceiling, it shifts from a concealed element to the organising core of the café and a first expression of the scale of Hotel San Nikolas. Its brutalist character draws from béton brut: raw concrete, exposed without disguising its true constructive nature. CONCRETE / CELLULOSE / PLASTER / STAINLESS STEEL

An identity connecting organic cultivation, production and people. Colour and illustration shape a flexible packaging system, while screen printing and carefully selected materials bring a tactile, artisanal quality.

A bottle expressing independent viticulture and resistance. A printed stroke conceals information while blind embossing preserves its trace, questioning the limits imposed on communicating a wine’s origin, terroir and grape varieties.

Hotel San Nikolás and Niko Coffee are conceived as a single spatial project. The café acts as the first encounter with the hotel: an open space organised around a monumental circular concrete structure and skylight that reveal the scale of the building above. Light, living vegetation and a continuous material palette connect both spaces, establishing a shared architectural identity from the ground floor to the guest rooms.

Bioconstruction, through natural materials and a direct relationship with the environment, defines a way of building, designing, and inhabiting based on the care of space. Hemp, lime, plaster, water, cedar, iroko, ceramics, and local stone coexist with stainless steel, creating an atmosphere that breathes, regulates, and accompanies. In this context comes PEN COFFEE, a small space to sit for a few minutes, look outside, analyze, have a coffee, and return to work with a different mindset. The new Thinking Mu store in Mallorca is built around a white, mineral and luminous atmosphere, connected to the Mediterranean context and to a way of understanding retail where matter, light and proportion organise the experience. ALABASTER PLASTER / PLASTER OF PARIS / IRON / STONE

Supra Fumé explores the ancestral relationship between people, cooking and tools. Developed with elBulli1846–Ferran Adrià and Ondarreta, this flexible chair collection responds to the needs of contemporary chefs and restaurants.

Ephemeral stand and installation for Salone del Mobile. Milano 2026. The project is built from suspended textile canvases that reduce transport volume to a minimum while allowing a large-scale exhibition space, full of rhythm and depth, to unfold on site. FABRIC

Ephemeral stand and installation for Salone del Mobile. Milano 2025. A space that transforms Ondarreta’s philosophy — a balance between craftsmanship, functionality, design, and sustainability — into architecture that is both bold and light at the same time. TEXTILE / METALLIC LAMINATE

Abasotas is a multifunctional project born from a single idea: to materialize a space where personal and professional life find balance in one place. A former carpentry workshop has been fully renovated to create a flexible ecosystem in which the home becomes a studio, the studio turns into a shop, and the shop comes alive as a bakery workshop and café. HEMP / CEDAR / ALABASTER PLASTER / LIME

The new showroom for rainwear brand TANTÄ is conceived as a liquid, immersive environment where light, glass, and materiality converge. The interior is transformed into an architectural reflection of water and its mutable nature. Transparency, light play, and material textures define the spatial language, with glass bricks serving as a key element in creating visual continuity between inside and outside. Natural light is filtered and diffused, generating a dynamic atmosphere of shifting transparencies and luminous tones. GLASS BRICKS / PLASTER OF PARIS / ALABASTRIAN PLASTER / STAINLESS STEEL

Interior design and brand image based on the reinterpretation of butcheries in the USA. Functional materiality, order, and stainless steel work surfaces extend and permeate Cárnico's brand identity. Designed through a mobile and flexible furniture system that reconfigures its retail use into spaces for demos and showcooking, maintaining the order and hierarchy of the product. STAINLESS-STEEL

Abasotas® Café is conceived as the public stretch of a sequence that begins in the domestic realm and flows into the bakery workshop. The Breakfast and Brunch area is incorporated as a room— a place where eating, waiting, and talking are part of the same architectural system. HEMP / CEDAR / ALABASTER PLASTER / LIME

Space for the Thinking Mu® brand in Donostia-San Sebastián. An intervention that seeks to balance the industrial robustness characteristic of the Basque Country with Mediterranean sensitivity. A monochromatic palette of natural materials, refined geometries, and textures emerging from the main spatial gesture: the extrusion of alabaster plaster across walls and ceilings throughout the architectural volume. This introduces a handcrafted dimension, with imperfections and textures inherent to the technique and the human touch. ALABASTER PLASTER / PLASTER OF PARIS / IRON / STONE

Narrative Content c/o EL SOLITARIO
El Solitario motorcycles are not intended to seek for beauty, content or practicality, as these are attributes that dominate today’s spectrum and therefore do not interest us. Our machines are mere autobiographical exercises that depict an instant capture of the vital journey in which we are immersed in, as we strive to reveal the essence of the motorized two wheeled artifact.

The Puffs Collection redefines comfort through organic shapes and a pyramidal structure that invites relaxation. Crafted in a natural-textured sand-toned fabric, this floor seat brings a minimalist aesthetic that blends seamlessly into the domestic space. Its flexible design is intended for everyday use, combining relaxation with visual simplicity.

This textile line translates the essence of handwoven fabrics to home lounging pieces. The cushion's design stands out with a subtle pattern of dark dashed stitching over an unbleached fabric, complemented by leather cord details at its edges. It is a piece that pays homage to craftsmanship, designed to bring an organic and tactile touch to any room.

The blanket series captures the warmth of home through a selection of fabrics presented in ecru, grey, and charcoal tones. Each piece is finished with a distinctive thick contrasting stitch border that frames the fabric and highlights its artisanal character. Designed to be stacked, spread, and reused, these throws are the perfect accessory to add layers of texture and warmth to your furniture.

Inspired by the Jaizkibel sandstone landscape, this ceramic collection uses fine refractory clay to craft cups and plates. Natural elements like iron oxide and chamotte give the pieces a warm tone and textured finish, while the firing process at 1260 °C directly connects the raw material's origins with the final functional objects.

A small bakery’s extension into the big city. An exploration of the idea of the vending space and its intrinsic immediacy and simplicity in today’s modern life’s purchase process. As its name indicates, ATM means “At the moment” and this is the concept used by the brand to offer its clients an immediate service, not only through its technological nature, but also through the design of the shop, which constantly communicates with the main bakery sending information and receiving a supply of new, freshly baked goods.

The creative process has taken us to explore the existential bond connecting humans to cooking, to look into the origin of the tools that were used at the beginning of our dialogue and relationship with food. This is Supra Fumé; a flexible chair collection adapted to the needs of a 21th. century chef and restaurant. A beautiful exploration and collaboration between elBulli1846–Ferran Adrià (probably the most influential chef in the world) and furniture design company Ondarreta® (National Design Award 2023)

Los Aguilares is conceived as an extension of the landscape. Excavated beneath the existing winery, it uses the ground itself as architecture: its mass, darkness and thermal stability create the conditions required for the preservation and evolution of the wine. Descending underground transforms the perception of space. Temperature drops, sound is absorbed and natural light gradually disappears. Architecture, material and light create a stable, silent atmosphere connected to the geological character of Ronda. The Sacristy thus becomes part of the winemaking process itself: earth, silence and time as the conditions for transformation. LIMESTONE

A refined color projection defines the character of the space. With gestures reduced to a minimum, the proposal focuses on a dialogue between color, natural textures and geometric elements that act as furniture helping modulate the space.

San Sebastian’s Loreak store is designed to be a container of possibilities as it establishes an infinite narrative based on interactions and modulations capable of transforming space.

The design of this apartment, located at the Baqueira-Beret winter station, presents the challenge of maintaining an 80s architecture essence, true to the decade when it was built. Classic pine wood wall linings invited reinvention: they are framed by ceilings and floors to enhance a feeling of containment in the space and create a warm atmosphere, very necessary in such regions as the Pyrenees. The benches, made from rammed earth, result from an experimental process in which we test the limits of building an architectonic element with the place’s own raw materials. Apartment c/c HONDARRIBIA
The refurbishing of this home at the historic quarter of an emblematic village seeks to maintain the character of the place, exposing architectonic elements from its interior and respecting the original construction’s main features.
Whitewashed walls and ceilings frame a calm space opening to a view of the Cantabrian Sea, which seems to enter the house and expand into the living room. Thanks to a big, covered terrace it’s possible to enjoy the landscape throughout the year remaining sheltered by architecture.
The furniture, especially designed and manufactured to-measure in solid oak, precedes a central hallway which underscores the place’s lengthy extension while serving as a bridge between day and nighttime zones located at two ends of the house. The night zone is projected towards the sunset with bedrooms and a staircase leading to a sloped zone that is used as a studio. LIMESTONE / SOLID OAK

The design of this apartment in a farmhouse on the Biscay coast focused on the architectural reinvention of the space, with the idea of discovering all the coverings of the space in order to undress the original architectural elements and that these were the ones that gave shape to a single volume.
