Cáñamo, cal, yeso, agua, cedro, iroko, cerámica y piedra local conviven con el acero inoxidable, construyendo una atmósfera que respira, regula y acompaña. En ese contexto aparece PEN COFFEE, un pequeño espacio para sentarse unos minutos, mirar hacia fuera, analizar, tomar un café y volver al trabajo con otra disposición. Abasotas® Café is conceived as the public stretch of a sequence that begins in the domestic realm and flows into the bakery workshop.
