This apartment is conceived under our principles of bioconstruction as a compact domestic space in close contact with the natural elements that surround it. The refurbishment brings the interior into a warm and honest construction system, where every material responds to comfort, use and atmosphere.
Traditional building processes were recovered through the use of natural materials such as hemp, bamboo, lime and water, applied in layers to create a breathable envelope that regulates humidity, temperature and acoustics from the wall itself. This material base is combined with alabaster plaster and cedar, bringing light, texture and a quiet sense of continuity to the space.
Stainless steel becomes more present in this project as a precise and functional counterpoint. It introduces reflection, resistance and a more technical character, defining the apartment as a small but complete exercise in bioarchitecture, material clarity and contemporary living.
