A project to develop the corporate image of the bakery, applied on boxes, capsules, moulds, stationary, clothing and catalogues.
An image open to a series of pictures of cakes, resulting in a great variety of colours and contrasts, thanks to the different textures. An approach that has a changeable image that stems from the same starting point: a hand?s gesture, in this case the baker?s hand. It?s a provoked gesture, with photographs that claim the image of the mistake in the kitchen, with the aim to bring the customer closer to the baker?s creative process in his bakery, with no shame to show mistakes, stains and the finishing of the natural process of hand made work.
The card?s approach aims to use a big cake, dividing the card in the maximum possible pieces as if it were a cake, thus obtaining a great variety of cards from a single unity, the cake.
The idea was born from a friend?s anecdote, Iñigo 'Le Pastissieur', who in his beginnings used a little rectangular box -the size of a cigarette box- to mark the portions he could cut, optimising the surface of his cakes.
The graphic application changes depending of the support, like moulds, capsules and stationary, where the application is merely typographic.
