Working space created for Indarsun Group, a leading company in the photovoltaic sector in Europe.
A space for their branch in San Sebastián.
The main proposal tried to obtain the maximum profit and to optimize the entrance of natural light in the space, respecting its original structure.
The creation of an open space, with a distribution based on the analysis of movement flow and communication between departments were the premises to follow, set by the company's communication department.
Our proposal is focused on the outwards projection of the inner space from the inside, trying to make the most of the natural light, giving special attention to the special qualities of the interior.
Thus, we divided the space in two areas with the only intervention of some modules: one main area for the daily activity and a secondary area. In the main area we located the reception and three scaled modules directly projected outwards. Three prisms where each one of the main offices are located. An ensemble of offices searching the entrance and source of light rays through its projection.
The scaled distribution enables to have an actual perspective of the space from the entrance, saving the intimacy and activity of each one of the offices at all time. Working spaces, meeting rooms and a small kitchen are located on the secondary area.
Concerning the construction, all the panelling was made using natural woods, following the diagonals marked by the room?s different light sources.
