The concept of this house is built on 3 levels and several patios. The house has 4 geometric patios; the access patio starts with a porch extending the outdoor kitchen, with wall and ceiling clad in teak, giving light and color to the kitchen.
The courtyard of the living room gives incredible views to Jaizkibel Mountain, this space is the most evolved balcony in all the house. In the entrance floor there is a double height space, formed by the living room and the studio downstairs, which is the real heart of the house where the most inhabited plants communicate, and where the GT7 by Santa & Cole presides the space. A big asymmetric library of lacquered wood covers the entire wall of both plants, also extending continuously through the basement floor.
The basement is the closed courtyard but also the light that floods the floor where the studio and suite is located. A pleasant place to stay is shared with the top floor and enjoying a cool patio for summer days and sunny for winter days.
The furniture has been chosen very neutral and white as unifying the elements of the house. Wood and white create a warm, harmonic and current contrast.
